I am currently unable to provide the proper christmas for my children due to their lack of payment on a debt that is 2 years old now. I am unable to get a response from them. 

At the beginning of the ordeal and before I started this petition I emailed Gary Nelson(CEO) about the situation. Mr. Nelson replied back that I would be contacted by tuesday(this was a monday I believe). He also said that if I was not contacted to get back with him. 

I waited until wednesday afternoon and then contacted him. I have gotten no reply from him or his company in over a year. The money is owed the lady was transported safely and on time. ( I even brought her coffee on the days she had to go to work extra early). This was not part of the agreement, but I wanted their client to be completely happy with the service. 

AVO has no business being in business. They are hurting American families. Families that are just trying to survive this economy.

    I was contacted by a Fred from AVO he said they would look into it. 

    The petition will remain so long as I am unpaid. The point of the petition is to get AVO to pay its drivers. If only they would. I am hopeful the tone of the email seemed sincere. We will find out tomorrow and I will update accordingly
