Hernan es un perro callejero  como miles hay en Chile, abandonado y echado a la calle probablemente por sus propios e  irresponsables  amos.

Un hombre , vendedor ambulante lo acuchillo con alevosia  en su parte trasera a plena luz del dia y en frente de muchas personas, entre ellos ninos que circulaban en el area del Supermercado  donde este individuo  acostumbra a vender su mercaderia. Segun testigos el animal aullaba de dolor y arranco del lugar siendo atropellado por un irresponsible que no se detuvo despues del accidente. Todo esto produjo un caos entre los testigos y la impotencia de ver al abusador sin rastro de remordimiento

Por favor firmen y difundan esta peticion para que quienes abusan y maltratan a nuestros animales  con este nivel de violencia no queden impunes y sigan transitando por nuestras calles como inocentes y para que  las Autoridades de Chile tomen esta problematica en serio y por fin se pongan a trabajar.

Hernan  is a stray dog, probably mistreated and abandoned by his owners.

Some days ago the was savagely stabbed at his rear thigh by a man who sells vegetables in the streets of the city .

The dog howling in pain fled to the street where he was hit by a car.

The driver did not stop and the dog was helped by good-hearted people.

I want a crimes such as these do not go unpunished and that the person receives a penalization because he is a danger to society. Today was a doggy , tomorrow an  innocent  Chilean  citizen.

 It is important that the Authorities begin to take this matter seriously and to work on new laws that criminalize the animal abuse in Chile.
