We have further initiatives that we are undertaking in the near future to publicise our petition which we hope will result in a change of legislation and which will ultimately result in the enhanced safety that our fantastic Green 💚 Blue 💙 and Red ❤️ families, and the general public, deserve.
We have also recently discovered that the HCPC’s code and practices that they have to abide, and be governed by, are based around legislation dating back to 2001. This clearly makes no allowances for the changes in our Society and must now change to make their processes, governance and decisions fit for purpose.
