There are many reports of parents included in ParentsNext who have a Certificate 3 qualification or higher and do not meet the other legislative requirements. ParentsNext seems to be bullying these individuals to participate in the program.

If your child is under 5
You have a certificate 3 or higher
and were not an 'early school' leaver or meet the other 'inter generational poverty' markers then YOU ARE INELIGIBLE

Tell Centrelink you are ineligible based on the legislation. They will cancel you. However ParentsNext have so much power they can call Centrelink and demand you are re-instated. Stick to your guns. Keep quoting the legislation.

ParentsNext providers DO NOT know the legislation they assume everyone is eligible for this program because they get money for every person who is required to participate.
