The issue
CANCER CARE IS NOT ELECTIVE
Cancer related surgeries, procedures and testing are being cancelled or postponed indefinitely by our hospitals due to Corona virus.
We are petitioning the Government on both State and Federal levels to resume all cancer related surgeries and diagnostic tests immediately.
Cancer is not patient. It does not go on hold, it does not stop progressing. People will die, cancers will progress unless they have access to these services.
Cancer services are Lifesaving not Elective.
