We had 63 people sign this petition.. it’s probably not the reason that the ABC developed the new Australian Music Show - The Set �, but our efforts would’ve reinforced the idea that there was a thirst in the Australian community for a show like this.. . I hope all the people who signed the petition watched The Set tonight and enjoyed it as much as I did.. Comments on social media indicated people of all ages, &  people who didn’t know the artists watched and enjoyed this show and discovered amazing performers like Vera Blue and Baker Boy.. And that’s the point ..So lets keep advocating and support The Set ..who knows how long it will last.. As tweeted tonight by Dom Alessio of Sounds Australia (ex JJJ)  ..”Live Australian music on TV shouldn't be revolutionary, it should be the norm. How great to see three world-class artists playing live on a Wednesday night while I'm kicking back in my lounge room. Thanks #TheSetABC.”
