We need the Council Members and the Mayor to hear that the proposed regulations will cost us all tens of thousands of dollars, and will really only result in driving the good owners away from Austin. The proposed regulations call for a requirement for a Conditional Use Permit, a requirement for ADA improvements to your property, a moratorium on licenses, and a reduction in the cap for the downtown CBD.
