Thanks again everyone for your support. Bandit hears you!
Even when I can’t get in due to the Councils punitive visitation rights I drive and sit outside the pound and shout out till he barks back.
I’ve told him everyone is backing him.
Well I visited Bandit yesterday at 0830 and he was in filthy conditions. He has no bed except a rotten piece of marine ply and was covered in his own waste.
It is obvious the chap at The Scenic Rim Regional Council Mark Duncan overseeing Bandit was trying to kill him with his punitive action.
Bandit has lost weight is stressed and depressed.
During my visit (where I am required to sit on the filthy wet cement) with the Dog Catchers behind me I gave him a big massage (albeit through mesh)
It was so bad yesterday that I wrote the Chief Inspector – RSPCA with pictures of the filthy conditions ( running around in his own waste) and also Local Government Minister requesting that the RSPCA seize him and take him to a safe place while the legal process that the Council have on foot against us trying to have him declared dangerous progresses.
This Council is out of control and we will win against fabricated complaints.
At 5 pm last night the Council's Lawyer wrote to advise that the RSPCA were taking custody of Bandit on 5 October 2017.
I requested we be able to attend and assist in the transfer of him from his cell where has been for 4 weeks with no exercise.
As expected Mark Williams from the SRRC Law Firm King & Company ignored this request.
So we have an Officer Of The Court now letting further abuse happen in the transfer.
This request was due to the SRRCs total lack of concern for his welfare where they have left him in a 1.2m cell with no exercise for 4 weeks!!
This is a big win as the Council to date have damaged him and obviously thought we would let him languish in their torture centre just behind the Scenic Rim Council Chambers forever.
I am quite emotional as after 4 weeks I can’t quite believe that in 2017 we have a Council treating a pet like this while the Mayor Greg Christenson ignores our pleas…totally ignores…not even a form letter!
Bandit is being transferred tomorrow to the RSPCA Dakabin Centre.
Thankyou to the RSPCA for helping us.
Thankyou to you for your ongoing support .
Ill update asap.
