Thankyou for all the support I visited Bandit today and he is very depressed, stressed and hot. The Scenic Rim Regional Council are in breach of the Animal Protection ACT. The RSPCA remain engaged and we are hopeful will be the solution to this disgraceful behaviour by the Council. The Local Government Minister keeps referring us back to the Council CEO. The SRRC Council CEO doesn't respond and the Mayor doesn't respond. The Lawyer appointed seems to think torture is ok! Bandit is absolutely exhausted and has no bedding except a rotten marine ply board in a non snake proof enclosure next to a very dodgy overgrown drain. Amazingly the Council are restricting our access as they "are very busy".
