The skirt change is absolutely appalling. 
the length of the skirts now doesn’t affect our learning, so why should it affect it in the future?These new skirts will affect our learning as people will be more self conscious and uncomfortable.

Trousers are not an option as everyone has different body types and therefore the “straight-leg trousers” that are allowed at a school will fit differently on everyone. 

For the schools current Y10s, this will be an additional problem as money will have to be spent and they only have a limited time left at the school (5 months). People shouldn’t have to pay for new uniform when they have already purchased it. Even though the school says they will provide vouchers, it wouldn’t be enough to cover the entire (unnecessary) cost we HAVE to payout.
