To Whom This May Concen, 

Hello! My name is Zonta Ellison and I am 43 years of age from Charlotte North Carolina, currently incarcerated at FCI RAYBROOK in RAYBROOK NEW YORK. I am the proud father of three daughters and two granddaughters whom keep me focused and strong. I've always wanted more in life and possessed a thirst for knowledge and learning. Not having a father present gave me the drive to give my daughters the life I didn't get! After several run-ins with the law and becoming fed-up with incarceration, I diligently pursued change however, the judicial system wasn't ready to let me change. 

On January 27, 2007 I was framed and set up by "Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Officers" planting drugs they allege to have found in the back seat of the police vehicle. Entering a plea of "NOT GUILTY" I was denied the right to prove my "INNOCENCE". 

On April 25, 2008 I was once again framed by "Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Officers" alleging that I sold drugs to two different officers one in plain clothes and the other in police uniform at the same time. I post bail in September 2008. 

On March 9, 2009 while out on bond I was rearrested and charged for the two cases mentioned. 

On May 20, 2009 I entered a plea of "NOT GUILTY" as the cases were consolidated together. I filed "MOTIONS TO DISMISS" the charges in North Carolina Mecklenburg County Superior Court citing "DUE PROCESS" violations but, these motions were never answered by the court. 

To regain my freedom, I was "FORCED" to take an "ALFORD PLEA" for "TIME SERVED". Fast forwarding, In MARCH 2011 the officer who partook in framing me in the January 27, 2007 case for possession of cocaine, went to "ATF GANG TASK FORCE AGENTS" who paid a female informant to "ENTRAP" me then introduce me to the undercover agent for federal prosecution. Citing the "DEFENSE OF ENTRAPMENT" after pleading "NOT GUILTY" I filed an oral motion to "SUBPOENA" the female informant who was "MATERIAL AND FAVORABLE" to presenting my defense to testify but, the "JUDGE" both "REFUSED AND DENIED" me this "SIXTH AMENDMENT GUARANTEED RIGHT". I was as a career criminal to 262 months for three counts of possession with intent to distribute cocaine base and given an alternative sentence of 262 months ran concurrent for fighting for my right to liberty, "WHEN THE CRIMES WERE CREATED BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT"! Fifteen (15) years later I am still trying to relieve myself from three UNLAWFUL ARRESTS, WRONGFUL CONVICTONS AND SENTENCES and ask humbly for any assistance with this matter.
