I am a resident of Laurel Springs Development off of Neversink Road in Reading, PA.

Many of the residents in this community face struggles with parking. The lack of designated parking spaces for each unit has led to disputes among neighbors and guests. It's time we address this issue and try to find a solution.

At our last HOA Meeting on 3/27/24, the idea was brought up about having 1-2 assigned parking spaces for each unit.

If we are able to implement this idea, I believe we can significantly reduce the conflicts and make the parking issues minimal for everyone in our community.

This simple (likely inexpensive) solution will help cut down on the parking issues and hopefully promote a more harmonious living environment.
