Police Officer Matthew Grashorn, shoots a 14-month-old puppy, named Herkimer, who was running towards the officer in a playful way. Unfortunately, the puppy died days after. Once the officer is in the car he calls Sgt. Metzler, who then claims "a vicious dog charge" and claims "it was a "pitbull." They should be fired with no administrative leave or pension pay!
