Residents of Hidden Ridge Loop take pride in keeping our homes and property looking nice.  There are several lots that are unoccupied by homes where grass and weeds are growing over the curbs, and therefore hanging out into the road.  It doesn’t look nice and devalues our property. Unkempt lots not only affect the aesthetic appeal of our neighborhood but also pose potential safety hazards by attracting pests and obstructing visibility for drivers. We believe that maintaining these properties will enhance the overall appearance of our community and help retain property values. Please sign this petition to urge landowners in our neighborhood to take responsibility for mowing their properties regularly.
