This pageant was clearly rigged. 
Omar Harfouch, MU judge, accused this year’s results of being “rigged.” Harfouch, a Lebanese-French musician who resigned from the panel two days before coronation night, alleged that Mexico’s Fatima Bosch—this year’s crowned Miss Universe—was a “fake winner.”

He had already told HBO a day before the pageant that Bosch would win because MUO owner Raúl Rocha allegedly has business ties with Bosch’s father.

It's apparent that the Miss Universe pageant, which is followed and adored by people all over the globe, might not have been conducted with the fairness and integrity that it represents. The purpose of this esteemed event is to celebrate authenticity, diverse beauty, and genuine talent, offering a platform where the most deserving can shine.

Due to this, it becomes incredibly disheartening to see the crown being awarded under dubious circumstances this year. Knowing the passion and excitement that surrounds the contestants and the immense effort they put in to shine on this global stage, it is heartbreaking for many to witness a result that appears to have been influenced by factors other than talent and performance. It was obvious to many that the result favored a particular outcome, which brings the integrity of the competition into question.

Many supporters feel that the competition result was unfairly rigged in favor of Mexico, compromising the true spirit of the event. Fátima Bosch, in her capacity as the winner, represents not just herself but the values of the pageant. Therefore, we call upon her to resign as Miss Universe as a symbol of standing up for what is right and fair.

The Miss Universe crown should represent fairness, honesty, and equality, reflecting a decision that's authentic and free from partiality. Fátima Bosch has the opportunity to display exemplary character and leadership by stepping down. This act would not only restore faith in the competition but also set a powerful example for future generations.
