Thank you so much to everyone who has already signed the JRMS Playground Petition 🙌. We’re making great progress, but we need one more important step to keep the momentum going.

The Redding Sentinel editor, Anne Albanese, is going to write about our petition and support us, but she needs to hear directly from a few parents in order to complete the article. If you signed, please consider sending her a short email (just 3–4 sentences) sharing why you support the playground. Personal stories from families will really help bring this issue to life for the community.

Already on the very first day of school, kids experienced that there was really nothing to do during recess. This shows just how much a proper playground is needed.
