We hired a new attorney last year, Todd M. Mosser from Mosser Legal, and paid $17,500 to continue working on my father’s case. He abandoned my father’s case by lack of communication, not interviewing any of his new witnesses, and not showing up to scheduled conference calls with my father. He was supposed to speak to my father before he filed any motions and failed to have any communication with my father before filing the motions. Therefore, the motions he filed were not reviewed with my father or discussed at length. The motions he did file were denied immediately by the judge. My father also never received copies of any motions he filed, and he is not really sure what he put into the motions since he never received a copy. As a result, my father was left without a choice but to file his own motions and wrote a letter to the judge complaining about the ineffectiveness of counsel. My father was granted a new court hearing on March 13th, 2025, at 11 am to see what is going on with the ineffectiveness of counsel.

As a result of these new circumstances, my father has been left without a choice but to seek new legal counsel from Karl Schwartz from Wiseman & Schwartz office. He is willing to take over my father’s case and therefore, I am seeking everyone’s help because I am no longer able to do it on my own. His asking fee to take over is $40,000, and he is seeking $20,000 upfront. If anyone is willing to help out, anything is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your support!
