Unfortunately, we were denied in the Federal Court. The first judges opinion related my fathers case with a VIOLENT Drug case when my fathers case is a NON VIOLENT Drug case. We then waited for the second judges recommendation and he denied it without giving any opinion. We now will be going through the third circuit. The law is on our side it’s just a matter of getting the correct person to view this case. It is plain as day that they caught my father with NOTHING! They have no days, times, or locations of alleged arrest. FBI let my father go because they had no evidence on him and from their investigation he was in Puerto Rico when the state claims he was in the US.
