Public comment to the agenda items at the Downtown Commission meeting is possible and encouraged! Comments regarding the massive size of the development, impact on expected increase in parking shortage and increase in traffic congestion, pedestrian safety (especially around driveways), making sure ADA compliance is observed related to sidewalk width and public cut-through from Coxe to Asheland, accessibility of areas with elevation differences, true green building methods, true replacement of trees lost to development and serious pursuit of preservation of existing trees on the property, stormwater management and water pressure improvement for the entire area.
