Prime minister    Sri Narendra Modiji  please get  Sri  Vijay Goel  arrested for creating hatred towards Bharatiya Dogs  and  security threat for sincere Dog feeders,

Sri Goel said 
 India accounts for the highest number of dog-bite and rabies cases worldwide and that the situation was harming tourism. “In no other country do we see such a large number of stray dogs on the streets,”

As a responsible BJP person  he should have  asked for  CBI Inquiry into why   Municipalities  across india have failed to implement ABC since 2001, He should asked for cancellation of  registration of all RWA's across India who have not followed  AWBI guidliness  and are disrespecting  Indian constitution by harassing   Dog feeders  ,Shri vijay goel should have also  looked at cruelty cases towards Dogs and had accumulated all cruelty cases across India and asked for strict laws against animal Cruelty.

More than Indian citizens  Indian Dogs have suffered a lot because of British   pre and post Independence  till now because they called them 'pariah - out cast  dogs.
