The final adjudication relating to the complaint about my unlawful detainment is back before the Adjudicator next week.
The main focus is on the perjury committed in 2017 by the officer who oversaw my unlawful detainment back in 2015. The last hearing revealed that there wasn't even an attempt at a legal justification for the detainment. It was largely predicated on my views about Stephen Harper's actions, as outlined by this petition.
Next month is the Supreme Court hearing about the remainder of the complaint that was dismissed. I filed my brief on the matter last week. You can read it here: (Appellant's Brief)
The Commission is on my side that the remainder of the complaint should be heard. However, since evidence of criminal behavior has been presented, I'm of the opinion it should be reviewed by the Court. The Adjudicator has no authority over criminal matters.
Human Rights complaint is now before the Human Rights Commissioner, but back in a queue.
