Despite being told by the RNC that ASIRT had received the criminal investigation's final report back in early August, I was called by ASIRT yesterday to say that it hadn't been received until the 27th of September.

Calls to the investigating officer produce a story that has the documents being transmitted by courier over a month after it was indicated they'd been sent.  And that emails between us regarding the transmission of the documents were just grammar errors on his part.

The final document isn't received by ASIRT for 24 days. Still no accounting for that delay. Should not have taken that long to be couriered. They're only beginning to review the file now.
