The hospital has responded with a list of groups that have accessed the medical files surrounding my unlawful since they were created and some other information. Right now they OIPC is reviewing the file and will provide me with an update next week.

Also got a final determination that if there is a human rights abuse by a public servant that takes longer than 12 months to get to the root of because of legal proceedings instigated by the rights abuser, human rights commissions can't look into it. The legislation does not seem to apply to systemic human rights abuses by public servants and is only good for harassing immigrants who refuse to wax male genitals.

The legal processes to rectify this matter are looking to take somewhere between 5 and 10 years. Have to wait for the results of a criminal investigation, possible trial, appeals, and then a series of civil suits examining the various breaches. The whole system is very broken, corrupt and potentially irredeemable.
