This news report touches on the results of some of the goings on behind the scenes over the last few years.

This investigation itself didn't begin until after the ruling that I'd been unlawfully detained came down in 2018. Three years after the process began. And it only began because of a series of complaints I'd filed addressing these issues, which were essentially ignored until the ruling came down.

NTV also specifically removes mention of my allegations of incitement towards genocide in the Israel-Palestine conflict by Canadian politicians that was the context for my tweet and associated court case. That Charter challenge that was scheduled to proceed on April 9th, 2015, but I was detained on April 7th. Through a legal loophole that arose due to the nature of my rubberstamping, I was denied the right to attend the hearing.

Also absent is any information pertaining to the shooting death of Donald Dunphy, an injured worker who was executed in his home on Easter Sunday over a misinterpreted tweet by a police officer who has since been convicted of lying to the courts. At the time, I was actively destroying the provincial government's narrative that Dunphy had sent a threat, which may have also ruffled a few feathers.

I'd intended to trim my beard for the habeas corpus, but the RCMP raided my home and arrested my family the night before. I was denied access to a razor while detained. The warrant for the RCMP's actions was predicated on my unlawful detainment.

Quite a mess.
