After two months of waiting, responses are finally starting to trickle in from the respondents.

The RNC and the government are planning on contesting any responsibility for my detainment. The hospital already has a ruling against them, so their options are limited.

I don't have statements of defense in hand yet. The other side seems to be content to abuse court processes and delay as long as possible. Next the matter should be set over for case management.

This looks to be a very long fight. Took four years just to get to this point. Will probably take another four or more to see it through.
