Statement of Claim filed, response pending

I haven't updated this in a while, but there has been some progress on a few fronts.

With the ruling the I'd been unlawfully detained, I was able to secure a law firm who've filed a statement of claim against the government, the health authority and the RNC.

The Statement of Claim was filed on December 21st, 2018. Four years after I'd filed my original Charter Challenge. The parties were served on the 4th of January and have until this coming weekend to respond.

I'll post a further update when I have more information.
