Only July 16th, 2014, this event occurred. When I went looking for the Canadian response, I stumbled across the pro-war and genocide-inciting propaganda video this petition is all about.

The report on this incident was never intended to released to the public. This was a brutal genocidal war crime, committed in full view of the media, and justice has never been pursued for it.
