Arrest Harper for Inciting Genocide against Palestine
Aftermath: RNC Public Complaint Update

http://paradigmslip.ca/RNC_Public_Complaint_-_Interim_Decision_11-15-17.pdf It took a public inquiry into the shooting death of Don Dunphy to get information regarding the police officers who orchestrated my detainment, including the deleted BBMs that magically moved their digitally-encoded timestamps so as not to appear within the initial forensic search. At present, that process is on hold until there is a ruling regarding my habeas corpus heard back in July. Two and a half years and no ruling on the legality of the detainment other than a statement by the Court of Appeal that the certificate I was held under was invalid. It makes a bit of a mockery of the writ of habeas corpus, but its something I personally can do nothing about at this time. Other people would have to be upset to learn that a Canadian's rights can be arbitrarily stripped and they can be thrown through a Kafkaesque bureaucratic nightmare simply for holding an unpopular opinion. Everything is now waiting on Justice Furey to release his ruling. He has less than two months left before it the delay becomes somewhat of an issue. At present, freedom of speech is quite dead in Canada. People are too afraid to say what really needs to be said and have uncomfortable discussions about how we're showing such a blatant disregard for human rights around the planet. The people that aren't afraid to speak up tend to be the Nazis and their so-call 'moderate' counterparts. The problem being that if you were truly honest about the current state of the world with your fellow human beings, the police would likely come and take you away for 'disturbing their peace.'
