On Sunday it will be six months since my habeas corpus was finally heard, 33 months since I was originally detained.
Still no ruling on the legality of what happened, making a complete mockery of the writ of habeas corpus.
Meanwhile, the family courts are actively treating me like a criminal and abusing my son. He's forced through a traumatic situation on a weekly basis now and it's having a severe negative impact on him.
The judge who is overseeing this abuse even admitted during court that she's running the family court like a criminal court, but my legal aid supplied lawyers are doing nothing.
Prior to standing up and voicing my opinion on Israel, I was quietly engaged in cancer research, advanced organic agriculture and biodegradable plastics.
What good have all these judges and politicians done with their lives? Getting paid to sit and look down on people from on high, rush to judgement without evidence, and punish people based on their own personal bias.
The judiciary in NL is a joke. We don't have a justice system, we have a legal system. Big difference. Justice is just a buzzword here.
We need an international audit of the judiciary of this province. It needs to be dissected and all the rotten pieces need to be removed before it kills the host.
