47 Spy Pond Lane will be discussed again at the 7/11/19 Con Comm meeting at 9 pm. The meeting will be at the Senior Center (27 Maple) next to Town Hall.   This is a continuation of the last meeting held on 6/20.

Once again, this is about building a second house on that lot, with the developer proposing building a very large house with a large footprint that extends well into the 100' buffer zone. As has been the case since all of this began, the developer has failed to do an "alternatives analysis" of reasonable alternatives to causing permanent disturbance in the sensitive buffer zone around Spy Pond. 

Please attend and please post this notice widely. 

The Con Comm needs to see wide engagement with this issue to know that town residents are watching and care enough to make sure the town does not set a new precedent that would allow new construction deep in the Pond's buffer zone.
