The public hearing on the matter of the proposed development on Spy Pond closed on 11/15. It is now up to the Con Comm to make a decision. Despite the snow storm on 11/15, there was a good public showing at the meeting with approximately 20 members of the public there.

The next Con Comm meeting is this Thursday 12/6 and this is a closed public hearing -- the public can observe but cannot participate in the discussion. The meeting starts at 7:30pm and we will post the exact time for the Spy Pond item when that is known. The location is at the Town Hall Annex, 2nd Floor Conference Room. At this meeting the Con Comm will discuss the item and make a decision. The public is welcome to attend and observe the discussion and proceedings.
