We are here to put a stop to Human Trafficking; where children are exploited for sex, organs, and labor. 

Human Trafficking happens to be a BILLION dollar industry, which enslaves 20 - 40 MILLION people... Of that, between 4-6 million are of documented children; in which 60% have a history in the welfare system. This tells us that more times than not… the system has failed the children!

Children will continue to be enslaved by the SYSTEM and PREDATORS if we don’t put an end to this!

CPS Regulation & Reform: "Police" the CPS

• All CPS Officers must wear a body camera around the children and at a child’s home, at all times
• A review system by kids for the kids to dictate the quality of service by CPS workers and their current living conditions: The majority of kids trafficked typically come from foster care or group homes.
• Increase the workforce and allocate more funds to CPS Officers for extensive and continued training/support
• End loopholes in the adoption process:
• No fees waived
• Mandatory background checks
• Regulate illegal child exchanges and adoptions
• Adopters in the United States must qualify through a vetted system that proves their work, home, income, family, and social life 

Refugee Children: Child Placement Standards

• Refugee children can not be displaced from their families and if they are they must be put together with a qualified match 
• Background checks: Work, home, income, family life qualifications 
• Refugee children must be kept with their families or families must be sent to a safe place where they are protected

Child Separation: Joint Decision instead of an individual Judge or Case Worker

• All court cases of a child being separated from their family must be decided by a jury or a panel of 3 judges

Social Media: Requirements to Modernize AI & Child Protection Standards

• All platforms must implement safety protocols with AI and teams that prevent any pedophilia, sexual harassment/abuse, or trafficking pages
• Any reported pages that tamper with illegal content and behavior must be taken down and reported to authorities
• Social platforms are to provide all information on any sex offender when requested by the authorities

Kidnapping: Minimum Sentencing Requirement

• Increased to a MINIMUM of 25 years in federal prison along with 5 years of mandatory weekly mental therapy and certification for society. 

Child Sexual Abuse AND/OR Harassment: Minimum Sentencing Requirement

• Subject to the mandatory MINIMUM of 25 years in prison along with 5 years of mandatory weekly mental therapy and certification for society

• All technology devices and social media interactions are to be monitored by local law enforcement, indefinitely 
• Any devices and or accounts on social media are seizable at any time by the Government

Education Efforts: Not Happening to Me Education!

• Mandatory class/session for students every semester that teaches grooming techniques and preventative measures
• Students must pass a test each class/session as a required credit in order to graduate

Teachers Salary: Increase teachers pay

• By increasing teachers pay, Top Educators will funnel into the programs and provide top-quality care and education to our youth
• Teachers must pass an intensive training course before becoming an accredited teacher
• Anyone teaching the youth and being around the kids for a long period of time must know how to properly address a situation when they feel a child is being abused
