I spent 16 With this man. He would get high on Narcotics and alcohol. He would rip me out of bed by my hair, bash my head In the wall and furniture, throw me downstairs. He was very verbally abusive to me he would always tell me that I am trash because I have black baby and no one would ever want me. Also that since my dad sexually abused me I was disgusting. My children even experienced this with him (two of his own children) My oldest daughter was sexually abused by him again reported to City of Phoenix. They said that there was not enough forsenic evidence and he hired a lawyer to decline polygraph, city of Phoenix closed the case. Every time he was being physical with me my children called the cops as soon as the cops were called He would leave the house. Cops city of Phoenix, would come take report and leave. They always asked if I desired prosecution and I said yes. I tried numerous times to leave Him and he always found me. One time he even followed me to Colorado and the police sheriff took him to the psychiatric hospital. However City of Phoenix never did anything they sat and let the statue of limitations expire. I finally got up the courage to leave this abusive man. When I left he tracked us down by my daughters phones we had again call the cops City of Phoenix and has to get Order of protection. I filed for divorce at Superior Court with Judge Jay Polke and my children didn't want to see Him so I didn't force them being they are 10 &15. Judge Jay Polke ordered a court appointed advisor Pam frye, we all gave our report (me, my children and Him)This reported said that he admitted the children saw him be physical with me one time. Then Judge Polke ordered another Court Advisor Barb kiffmeyer she interviewed is all again and He admits to taking Narcotics & alcohol and being abusive again. After this report Judge Polke says he doesn't think That since he admitted to being saying physical one time means anything. Judge Polke then assigns Diana Vigil as a Therapeutic intervention (sides with person who is court ordered to pay most of the TI process) My children meet with her our oldest refuses to meet with him. He meets with our youngest once and then when visit goes forward he doesn't follow the rules that were set and the cops city of Scottsdale, state patrol and city of Tempe end up pulling Him over as reports say he was going in excessive 100+. He was not cited and when asked he says he didn't realize he was going that fast. Cops return my youngest then my youngest refuses to see him again to Diana vigil and says that he is different when he is in with you then when alone. Diana vigil then decides That she needs to report to court that I am not complying and that we need a BIA and my children and should be placed with father. BIA appointed is Larry Scarengelli. our court appointed advisor barb kiffmeyer agrees (mind you we have not talked to her but twice) Larry Scarengelli goes and visits my children at school and proceeds to tell my 15 year old that one time his daughter didn't want to go he picked her up and threw him over his shoulder. I didn't think this was appropriate for Larry Scarengelli to make this comment. When Ex had scheduled visits we always had a courtesy standby and my children would talk to officers and they told them what they wanted and the officers said that it's obviously not parent alienation. and so Larry Scarengelli, barb Kifeyer and Diana vigil all decided it's parent alienation Judge Polke changes custody giving me legal custody and Ex legal decision making. Ex makes me stop all activities that the children are in and makes it so they can't go to anything. He only has visits in Diana Vigil office. Then the worst day of my life on 12/11/13 judge Jay Polke gives him temp full custody and I have to have supervised parenting time every other weekend for one hour and I can't initiate contact with my children and I have to go through Diana Vigil. he takes there phones away that I got the girls and gave them his phones. Then he proceeds to take my youngest phone away because she was texting me to much. We end up subpoena Diana vigil records and ask for her to testify. On the day she was scheduled to testify she claims her office didn't notify her so she Hears my testimony via phone and then the next day she resigns. My own attorney said this wouldn't happen. Then judge Polke newest order is my oldest (age 17) gets to come home on weekends unsupervised and we can contact whenever and my youngest who is now 12 I still have to see supervised. This makes no sense. I need to find someone who is willing to help bring this to the publics attention. This is so wrong if I would of known what the people who take an oath to serve and protect wouldn't help and protect me and my children I would of never even bothered wasting tax payers money. MY CHILDREN and I are more of victims to abuse by our so call city and government officials. I have to live with the fear of this man hurting my children daily and the hurt that he has done to my children. I am devastated that a system I believed in would fail my children and I.
