We recently submitted our second set of data requests, and our expert reports are due at the end of July. Please urge everyone you know who's an APS customer to contribute! I've started getting emails from those who were switched to plans with demand charges and it isn't pretty. You can either kick in at least $10 now, or plan on paying thousands over the years to APS. Signing the petition is great, but we need to keep an attorney to fight this battle, and I'm a single mom with a small business so can't afford to keep paying out of my own pocket. Thanks in advance.
