The judge at Arizona Corporation Commission has set our procedural order, and I have to date paid our attorney every cent from the legal fund (and will be coming out of pocket to pay the April bill). Though I understand everyone is struggling to make ends meet, this fight is not going to be won without representation from a knowledgeable attorney, and as a single mom and small business owner, I cannot foot this bill moving forward. APS has had additional increases approved which went into effect in February, April, and they're now asking for a rubber stamp from the bought & paid for Arizona Corporation Commission for yet another increase to cover pollution controls at the 4 corners plant. Also, this month will see summer pricing kick in under the new rate plans, so I'm sure we're all going to have sticker shock.
