Hi everyone. We just submitted our 4th data request to APS and our expert reports will be due by the end of July. I really need everyone to contribute to the legal fund - https://www.fundedjustice.com/StopTheAPSGreed - as I fear I'm going to end up coming out of pocket again with the June/July attorney bill. To date, only 350 of you have made a contribution to the legal fund, and I simply cannot carry this forward without everyone's help. I know we're being hit hard with summer bills, but the 5000+ of you who have signed the petition can either chip in $5 to $25 dollars NOW to have a fighting chance, or pay much more to APS in the years to come.
