The address is 1200 W. Washington in Phoenix. If you’re able to attend, please be there. My goal in creating this petition was, and will continue to be, to fight for a rate hike rehearing. I believe the right questions were not asked of APS by the Commissioners, many of us are seeing increases far above the APS stated 4.5% (or $6) increase, our most vulnerable populations are being affected the most, and people should not have to choose between paying for power or buying food. I also believe things are going to be even worse for folks with the new plans, peak hours and demand charges, coupled with the summer pricing which begins in May. Thank you to everyone who has donated to the legal fund, shared your bills and stories and sent words of encouragement so far. I have hope that together we can shine the light on the Corporate Utility Monopoly Goliath APS ,and help the thousands of APS customers who are simply trying to get by.
