Hello! I hired an attorney(s) from the firm Wong & Carter yesterday who will be representing me for the response, upcoming procedural hearing, and hopefully moving forward if we can continue to build the legal fund. Having this attorney (as I am not one) is absolutely crucial for us to have a chance. I will also continue to donate my time to this cause, as I believe it's very important (and have already spent countless hours on it). I need to collect as many new plan comparisons or examples of higher bills (with same or less energy usage) compared to last year as quickly as possible.
