Save Onondaga Community College's Architecture & Interior Design Programs!

Onondaga Community College (OCC) is considering the elimination of the Associate Degree programs for both Architecture and Interior Design at the college. These two programs play huge educational roles for all types of students, but are imperative to first generation, disadvantaged, inquiring, cost-conscious, and returning student educations and economic capabilities alike. Furthermore, these programs infuse the New York State (and beyond) job market with educated, skilled, and eager employees that are committed to creating wonderful design projects for their local communities, and themselves--and therefore to the organizations they work for. OCC has been the generator of countless skilled employees from these two departments who have gone on to flourish and create important local community works of architecture and interior design with the tools they have learned at this college. Please sign this petition and share it with your network to save these two programs for the sake of our students, these professions, and our local community robustness for generations to come. If you would like to leave a comment about how OCC graduates and the degree programs offered by OCC have benefited your firm or career please share your story when you sign. Let's support further greatness.
