We are demanding the immediate appointment of a Special Prosecutor to review and investigate the death of Kendrick Johnson, a 17-year-old student who was found deceased on January 11, 2013, inside a rolled-up gym mat at Lowndes High School in Valdosta, Georgia.

 

For more than a decade, Kendrick Johnson’s family has sought answers and accountability. Instead, they have faced conflicting conclusions, unanswered questions, and repeated refusals to pursue a full and impartial prosecution.
