Access is a barrier, and it needs to change.

Apple offers discounts for educators, veterans, students, and businesses alike. Yet what about disabled people? Assistive technology isn't a luxury — for many of us, it's how we live, work, and stay connected. 

Recent iPhones include genuinely life-changing accessibility features: Live Text, Reminder and Calendar integration, Voice Control, and more — including new Apple Intelligence accessibility updates announced this year. 

However, these features are locked behind a price barrier. Apple's most affordable current iPhone starts at $799, and the models with the fullest assistive capability cost far more. For the people who could benefit most, that's often out of reach.  Apple offers the iPhone Duo starting at a whopping $1,999! How are the majority of people, those who could greatly benefit be expected to afford it? Additionally, Apple has increased the prices of all their other phones (older models included) by $100. 

Now, the iPhone Duo can help people like never before, particularly those with executive functioning issues caused by diagnosis' such as ADHD/ADD, and AuDHD, etc...  

Apple already recognizes that some groups need pricing support. People with disabilities deserve the same consideration.
