Multi-million dollar companies such as Apple should protect their customers from scammers, false advertisers and deceptive user interface.

I have recently downloaded a free app from the Apple Apps Store and authorized a seven-day free trial. The moment I subscribe for the free trial, I got charge automatically for a one-year subscription of $29.99.

I am not the first and certainly will not be the last. The user interface of the application is very deceptive.

I have contacted Apple and the developer, both have declined the refund. I have not used the app and cancelled the subscription the moment I noticed I was charged the first day.
