Finally! The Town of Apex will provide a more substantial update regarding the ongoing utility billing issue at the Tuesday, May 13 council meeting. The third-party vendor, BerryDunn, will be on hand to present the preliminary findings of their months-long audit of utility bills since the July 2024 cyber-attack. 

Bring your bills so you can ask questions!
