I support keeping backyard chickens within city limits in Cheyenne, Wyoming,  I would like the city ordinances to be changed to allow citizens of Cheyenne to keep a limited number of hens with reasonable restrictions; and I request the City Council to vote for an ordinance that permits keeping chickens within city limits.
