Space Junk debris lingering in orbit around the Earth poses significant risk for decades to future generations.  These growing clouds of orbital debris are known to complicate and obstruct future space exploration & advancement of Humanity into Space.

As a citizen of the United States of America by my signature I hereby request that my Nation enact federal law and enter into treaties with other nations to mandate that: 

1. Future launches of orbital satellites leave orbital space with less debris mass than prior to launch, by-design
2. All orbital satellites have functioning propulsion mechanisms to deliberately safely decay orbit and disintegrate back down to our planet Earth within one Earth year upon request or order of the launch nation's government
