Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Tampering with Account and Payment History

Dear Mr. Vestberg,

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious matter involving my Verizon account. I believe there is a group of individuals linked to organized crime operating in New York City and New Jersey who have constituents or members employed at Verizon. These individuals have repeatedly tampered with my account, including altering my payment history, reversing payments through my banks, and disrupting my ability to maintain a stable payment arrangement.

Specifically, I have experienced the following issues:

 1. Tampering with Payment Methods and History:

My account has been subject to unauthorized reversals of payments made via both credit card and bank checks. These actions have forced me to switch bank accounts multiple times to ensure my Verizon bills are paid. Despite these reversals, I have promptly made new payments to prevent service interruptions, as confirmed by Verizon employees who reviewed my payment history.

 2. False Claims Regarding Payment Arrangements:

Recently, Verizon representatives informed me that I am no longer eligible for a payment arrangement because of alleged cancellations. However, when I requested a detailed review of any canceled arrangements, the representatives found no such records, apart from the current arrangement I have in place.

 3. Inconsistent Messaging and Harassment:

While customer service employees assured me that my service would not be interrupted due to the active payment arrangement, I continue to receive concerning messages from another Verizon department suggesting otherwise. These messages appear authentic but seem to originate from a specific department that may be contributing to the ongoing harassment.

Given the above, I kindly request your direct intervention to:

 • Conduct a thorough investigation into the tampering of my account and payment records.

 • Identify any Verizon employees involved in facilitating this harassment or unauthorized activity.

 • Ensure that my account remains secure, and my service is uninterrupted as long as I maintain compliance with my current payment arrangement.

 • Prevent further harassment or unauthorized actions against my account.

This situation has caused me significant distress and inconvenience. I trust that Verizon, under your leadership, will address these concerns promptly and ensure the integrity of its customer service and account management systems.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and resolution.

Sincerely,
