WWP began with the mission and intent to welcome home and empower wounded warriors to help them transition to their new normal. Under John Melia's
leadership WWP provided support, comfort, and empowerment to warriors
who needed it most. That mission and the leadership role were wrestled
away from John Melia and corrupted. Following the dismissal of the
recent, ineffective leadership, I believe we need to return
stewardship of the WWP mission to John Melia. He started this powerful
organization with the best of intentions, and he is the one person who
can restore the honor and integrity to WWP.
