Anoka's Human Rights Commission is kicking 2021 off with two meetings this month!

First, the regular meeting is this week, Thursday, January 14th at 5pm. The HRC is welcoming Lori Anderson, the founder and Chair of Transformative Circle, a non-profit based in Coon Rapids that focuses on Reaching Across Race, Culture, and Class. Please join in for this informative discussion!

The second meeting this month will be Monday, January 25th, at 5pm. 

This is a Joint Worksession with the City Council to discuss future action and direction for the Human Rights Commission. The HRC will need some advocacy efforts prior to and/or after this meeting - watch for a separate update about how you can help coming soon.
