Please take a moment to contact Anoka's City Council members and express your support for the Human Rights Commission prior to or during the Joint Worksession meeting this Monday, January 25th at 5pm. The Commission will present a list of ideas and suggestions at this meeting; it is up to City Council if the Commission can pursue some, all, or none of these. Please ask them to be open to these ideas for proactive work in the community.

The majority of the current City Council does not see the value of this Commission - please tell them to support the HRC and authorize it to be a meaningful, active and visible presence in the Anoka Area.

Your voice is powerful! Here's how to reach these leaders. The starred names are those who do not support or are on the fence about the HRC.
