You can address some their reasons for disbanding which include:
* Lack of interest
* Inactivity
* Legal liability (there are about 40 other HRCs just in Minnesota, we can learn how to handle that from them)
* Other city boards or commissions can do the same work
* There is no discrimination in the Anoka area
